microMEDIA’s document scanning projects are focused on mass digitization. We are able to provide equipment from our large inventory of high-speed scanners along with custom software, technicians and mobile network installations to conduct a large-scale scanning project.
While large document scanning projects can be done internally, the ramp up, training, project management and quality assurance are typically not justified if at the end of the project personnel must be terminated and equipment sold.
Our experience in handling projects in excess of a million images assures clients that a major imaging project will be done professionally and efficiently. All that is needed is a responsible individual who can be assigned to interface with our professionals as liaison to scanning project.
Most of these sizeable projects are done directly at our clients' facilities since the cost savings in shipping documents to microMEDIA may not be significant.
