Document scanning and imaging services can be completed by our team from anywhere. While some clients ask us to convert their documents at our corporate microMEDIA facility, the majority of our document management projects, including, scanning and imaging, are done onsite. This is because many of the important Business Process Outsourcing documents can't simply be removed from clients' own locations. Security, the possibility of loss in transit and need for immediate access are key considerations.
microMEDIA has a separate organizational unit devoted to onsite document scanning and digital conversion services with its own management and supervision.
