Mortgages, Credit Cards, Commercial Loans and Personal Loans have long been major document scanning services of microMEDIA.
There are many options that need to be addressed:
- Scanning at our client’s site.
- Scanning at the microMEDIA facility in New York.
- Document indexing at microMEDIA or offshore.
- Grouping all documents together within a folder.
- Categorizing documents by type within a folder (Applications, Legal, Collateral, Correspondence, etc).
- Identifying each document by type and date.
Photographs are scanned in grayscale or color. For large maps, our wide format scanners generate images that are integrated with the other documents within the folder.
Output is typically in Adobe PDF format, but we can generate digital image files in any format requested. We can deliver the electronic images on CDs, DVDs, Memory Sticks, External Disk Drives or securely transmit them via FTP or VPN connections.
